Non-QR hubs, dork disk and rims make me think that the wheelset is not original to the bike. Headset looks awefully cheap for an otherwise campy bike so perhaps it was added when the fork was replaced? The modolo calipers look more like 80's vintage replacements. Good luck getting it refurbished and back on the road.
