Bikes: Trek 7.5 Hybrid, Trek 1.1 Road, Holdsworth touring,Raleigh International,Ritchey Commando,Italvega Speciallissimo,et.al.

My 2 cents and guess is that it is a French frame =based on the lugs and the headset. Modolo brakes seems to be a curious add - on. Sorry state for what was once a nice bike, but good luck restoring it.
