Hello great looking Bianchi. I am not a huge fan of Modolo brakes, but there are few ways to try and improve their perfomance. first get some scotchbrite or super fine steelwool (you may want some cheap gloves) scrub the rim sidewalls with the scotchbrite to clean the dirt and pad residue off. then get some new pads like the these, KoolStopps. once the brakes are adjusted properly you should notice a big difference.

as for the model lets see... ...circle B on the stay, ofmega cranks, Gran Sport..... ah ha!

it looks like a '85 Alloro. is there anything anywhere that looks like it was a tubing type decal? what brand is the seatpost?
