Sorry I don't know what you mean by tubing type decal? The "Bianchi" and the logos are all decals. The seat post says BREV and some initials which I can not decipher. Thanks for the recommendation on the brake pads. Do you think I should keep the bike as it is and just change the brake pads or should I change the brakes all together?
There should be a decal that says "Columbus something or another" above that Piaggio decal on the seat tube.
Change the brakeset all together. Make sure that whatever you get, the brakes do not have recessed bolts. They will not fit the frame/fork.
