Not sure about the sid, but on the reba the gate adjustment (on top of fork)changes the amount of force needed to open the blow through while locked out. The dial adjust on the remote lever adjusts the cable pull, which determines the degree of lockout. The turtle/hare adjuster is rebound adjust.
