I was approximately at the intersection of Unique and Medlin, going south on Medlin, turning east onto Unique. I started moving over almost as soon as I turned off of Arkansas (I was going west on Arkansas) because it was raining quite heavily. The street was empty for a good part of the distance, but apparently the car came in from one of the streets behind me.
