My goal was to do a sub-hour 40k. I have fallen behind by 3 months due to some work/travel issues, and then lost almost a month due to an injury. It is going to be touch and go - while it is achievable in theory, it is going to be a bit of a struggle. And I have a 5 day MTB stage race in Nov which I would like to do well in, which is going to require a different sort of training.
