The components are from all over the place, so I doubt many (if any) are original. Looks like a chop shop job.
I sold Concordes in the late 80's (which is when that decal set was used), but don't recognize that paint job at all. The Cinelli BB shell would indicate a high-end model, but the "H" on the seatstay caps suggests to me that the frame isn't a Concorde at all and has just had their decal set slapped on it.
Some more photos of the fork crown, lugs, dropouts, and decals would help.
