Why would a Concorde have an 'H' on the seatstay cap, for starters?

Doesn't look like a bad bike, but just because the decals say something doesn't make it so. Look at all the bikes here that have Cinelli decals that aren't Cinelli's. I have a Concorde, and it looks nothing like yours.
