The "H" on the stay cap is very unusual: perhaps this is one of those "lower end" models built in Belgium/Netherlands and the H is the initials of that contractor (which would be...?). I don't think there were separate models made just for US export, but clearly there were many more sold in EU than the US...even a couple oddballs with Japanese-made frames as well as at least one re-badged ALAN aluminum frame. Unless there are other pantograhs on the frame that indicate it's a Concorde (the bird on the forkcrown for example), this seems most likely to be some "H" brand bike with Concorde decals...but since it has a Cinelli BB and decent lugs, it can't be a bad bike.
