Basic "business" is no big deal with bibs. Hike 'em down with the thumb, do your thing.

Big "business" is a real pain, especially if there are no hooks in the stall to hang your jersey. This happens so rarely out on a ride, it's not a huge deal. For the gals.... someone would have to chime in on that. The women on my team all wore bibs, and no one seemed to grumble about the inconvenience when we stopped at the facilities.
