I've been riding on the same saddle for 2 years now (Selle Italia SLK) and haven't had any problems until now. Lately over the past few weeks I've had pain on my left sit bone with a 4" inch long mark on it, where the saddle presses against.

Has anyone else had a sudden onset of soreness even though the saddle and shorts haven't changed?

Does high humidity and heat increase the probelem? Any tips of preventing/curing the soreness? Thanks!
