My races are rotting...I just keep stuffing new balls and grease in there.
It's happening faster now that the races are scratched.

oh...what i'm talking about, replace the balls and grease if not a sealed bearing system.
Unless you've broken the cage, bent the axle, collapsed the race...=bearings and grease.


I did a post for the bmx forum how to do a ball replace for someone, they decided to buy new ones. It's not that hard.
Sealed or not, getting used to changing bearings\sealed units saves $$.

I buy non-sealed pedals, the 'fix' =$1.50 for balls, $.50 Phill Woods grease.
About twice a year.
