^ you shouldn't need gloves to keep your hands from going numb after only 4-5 miles, or at all realy. especially on an up-right bike

I'm afraid maybe I chose the wrong bike and if so I have 7 days to return it or trade for something else. In reality they said if trading the 7 days is not an issue as they just want me to make sure I end up with the right bike. I am using it on asphalt and paved bike paths. I was looking for a bike to use for fun and exercise as an alternative to spin class. Here is a link to the bike My other options were the Sirrus and the Allez triple. I chose this bike mostly due to the price which was 38% off the msrp and the fact that I thought it would fit my needs.
i sure hope your LBS wouldn't try to sell you a bike that was the wrong size for you. are you sure you just aren't holding your handlebars with a death grip?
