OR, there is no reason you cannot fix this up yourself if you are interested in doing so. Google search bicycletutor.com Sheldon Brown's website or the Park tools website for lots of great how-to information. My pref is bicycletutor.com as they have videos with step-by-step instructions of how to do things. You will find cheap cables and tires at walmart, and better ones at your local bike shop.
