It is in theory possible to have no cage rub on the chain with double CW but very difficult to achieve in practice as under torque there is some wobble
in the CWs that is not present on the stand. Triple users rarely if ever use the small-small and infrequently the big-big so do not ask as much of the
FD as do double users. There are some variances in inner cage construction and depth of cage between double and triple FD in some groups but this
should not be a problem.
