they are on ebay the current bid is $163 and some change, are these wheels worth buying or should i be looking for something better?

i really dont wanna spend any more than $300 at the moment, i have a 98' model w/ stock wheels, thinkin its time to up grade?

also while im askin questions, how many miles on a set is too much?
