Quick history lesson:
Rolf Vectors were licensed out to Trek before 2000. The deal ended and Rolf branched off and formed Rolf Vigor. An entirely separate entity with absolute zero relationship to Trek.
Those are Rolf Vectors with no warranty left, absolutely no support from Trek and asking Rolf Vigor for help is like going to BMW to ask whats wrong with your Mercedes.
Those are a dying wheel set with no future should a spoke break.
Rolf Vigors are still made and they cost 4 times more than you are willing to pay.

I'm a little skeptical because the seller has zero feedback. The Rolf Vector Comps are decent wheels, but they're older. I hear that they're very durable, but kind of heavy.
At the price it's at, you can get a new set of Performance Bike Forte Titans.

By the way... that is my bike and my wheels. So I do know what I'm talking about in regards to their lifespan.
You -could- buy them for 200 and offload them on CL for more to almost everyone who doesn't know the difference between Vector and Vigor....
...speaking of durability. Vector wheels have a huge hit-or-miss factor. Whichever ones still exist are obviously more hit than miss, but there are almost no replacement parts in existence and if you find some.... are going to cost more than you want to pay.
I wouldn't buy a wheel set that "looks" used. Miles don't mean jack for the most part.

There is a set of new Fulcrum Racing 5's over on the slowtwitch.com classifieds for $275. I think the Fulcrums are better wheels although I had those same Rolf Vectors for several years and had no problems.
