By the way... that is my bike and my wheels. So I do know what I'm talking about in regards to their lifespan.
You -could- buy them for 200 and offload them on CL for more to almost everyone who doesn't know the difference between Vector and Vigor....
...speaking of durability. Vector wheels have a huge hit-or-miss factor. Whichever ones still exist are obviously more hit than miss, but there are almost no replacement parts in existence and if you find some.... are going to cost more than you want to pay.
I wouldn't buy a wheel set that "looks" used. Miles don't mean jack for the most part.
