Hey I need some new pedals and a seat. My seat is too cushy and my pedals are for cleats and I want grippy metal platforms.

Do you know of any site that would give me a good deal, or should I visit the LBS since I'm not sure what size pedals I need (or are they universal for all type bikes).

Also, my sister and her boyfriend bought Academy and Walmart mountain bikes and swapped out their seats. I needed a new seat so tried to fit their's and it seemed like a whole different design.

All I need is a decent saddle that won't pain the perineum and one that isn't so narrow I get wedgies all the time. And in the pedal dept. I think some simple BMX type pedals will work. I'd like to do it cheap if possible since I only paid $100 for the bike and I would probably only ride 20-30 miles on the weekend in one trip.

Oh yeah, if anyone would like my Shimano clipless pedals I would gladly trade. And the seat (looks like a comport avenir ATB) might be ok for the ladies. I don't need anything new or fancy, just something that works. Thanks
