FWIW, I think the bars are a tad droopy. I'd adjust them so the bottom of the drops are closer to parallel with ground.

Those appear to be Look pedals. Probably the older Delta cleats. You may want to hang on to them and if you get a bit more serious about riding buy yourself some shoes and cleats for them.
