Road bars vs Track bars

I have been puzzling over this for some time. I had my stock Bontrager ergo drops hanging on the wall for 2 years. Hated the look. Rode Deda Pista bars for a long time along with some risers.

Risers = comfy
Pista = numb city

So I decided to try the stock ergo bars and I immediately fell in love with them. I can stay in the drops for almost 20kms at a time before needing a position change. No numbness. The reach is short and I use a 110 stem with them. The Pista bars have a longer reach and I use a 90mm stem with them.

Surely it's a fit issues that I can't seem to pinpoint but at the same time the ergo section in the curl is awesome. Very comfy for me.

Anyone else drop the track look for comfort? If I feel I can sprint and pull better with the cheap ergos, why keep the Deda bars? I'd like to run them comfortably.

This thread is more track/road than some of you may be used to but I think the smart ones are usually in here.
