are they called dummy hoods? i actually might be interested in some. i like the hood hand position, and dont run brakes (well on this build im making that has 700c coaster brake wheelset)

i just got these for cheap for my build....i guess they are road bars....




so is the main different between track and road bars is that road have much more flat top section and less drop?
