But without actually mounting the Ergo shifters to try it out, it's hard to say. And to aham23, I believe classic bend gets you closer to the brake levers from the drops as compared to the ergo/anatomic bends.
Cable grooves are way overrated. I have SRAM levers on a 3T Rotundo; 3T doesn't sell any bars that I know of with cable grooves, at least for the aluminum versions. Good lever placement on the Rotundo leaves a very slight dip; It doesn't bother me, and I'm generally a fan of flat transitions. But everyone is different, and if you need a perfectly flat transition to the hoods, the Ergonova is a better choice for you out of the 3T bars. It's an "ergo" bend, but a relatively round one. There are no flat sections.

Other than that, the only thing that comes immediately to mind is the Deda 215 Deep bar, which is not actually all that deep (pretty close to the 3T Rotundo) and should allow you to get the hoods nice and flat. And, of course, it has grooves.
