This evening, after work, I put half of my money down on a new Specialized Rockhopper Comp Disc. I KNOW for a fact that the LBS won't budge on their actual bike prices (already marked close to list price), and that they make their money on parts, upgrades, and services. Being the sales person I am, I thought that I would inquire about the possibility of getting some decent deals on "extras" that go with the bike purchase. This will be my second bike purchase from the LBS, and third overall, if you include the bike that I purchased which went bye-bye along with the girlfriend .

Aaaaaanyway, I'm trying to decide which "extras" I should ask about when I go to pay off the bike tomorrow evening. I already know I'll be getting at least 1 year worth of free service on the bike. I already have quite a few bike related tools. I also have gloves, and a good lid.

Any suggestions? Tips? Maybe upgraded tires? Tubes? Pedals???
