If it makes you feel better, stick a little superglue in the hole. Last time i had Krylion Carbons on my bike the rear lasted > 2,500 miles. Your tires should have a lot more life left in them.

I have about 3500 miles on my Krylion Carbons, and I'm just starting to think about replacing them. The main issue is the rubber getting hard and cracking. Other than that, there is still rubber left. I only had one flat so far, and that was due to a thorn...
