I have both mounts for my 310XT, I started with the first mount linked to, and also have the second one linked too, but the second one doesnt seem to work on my Garmin, which is pretty dumb I think that an actual tri specific garmin watch doesnt have a quick release strap for it. If I am doing a tri, I find it is just easier and faster to leave it on my wrist.
