Bikes: Cannondale

I wake up very early. My entire ride is prior to sunrise. I roll out of bed and mechanically get dressed and hop on my bike. I do 20-40 miles every single day. I get home, shower, eat breakfast and start my day. If I get back early enough, I can easily catch a 30-60 minute nap after showering. I feel great all day and I get all the riding I desire. Weekends are completely open to longer, easier rides or I enjoy a little rest.

At the end of the day, I'm ready for bed. I can't imagine trying to muster the energy for a 40 mile ride. I guess I'll always be in military mode: physical training to start the day.
