I ride 30 miles early in the morning. Go home, shower, change bike wear, grab mess.bag, ride to work. (1 1/2 miles one way).
Work all day, get off, and change into bike wear, ride another 25 miles before I am home.
6 days a week.
On Sundays 45-75 mile easy ride.
Thats all I can fit into my life right now. I wish I could ride 65-95 a day like I use to.
