No need for a Dutch oven on tour ......... although I must say we successfully used a Dutch oven in our fireplace as our only oven for a year from June 2009 to June 2010, when we lived in a very rustic cabin in the Australian bush after the bushfire here. Rowan uses a pair of Trangias on our tours, and cooks up a wide variety of delicious meals. We eat well on tour!!
