I didn't on that race, hence why I said it was slow. Nobody wanted to work and I spent a lot of time on the front, thus I controlled the pace at what for me is zone 3, saving it for the sprint as I knew all the cat 3's were playing tactics and I had no team mates. Ave. P. 286 watts with a cool down lap, Max power 1367 watts. 4th overall (field was mostly Cat 3) and 2nd in category.

The following weekend...much faster Cat 4 field, ave. 350w with a max of 1200. No sprint, got crashed out in the second to last lap,

The crit prior to both of those, fast race with slight incline, ave. 385w, 1411 on the sprint...won by 2 bike lengths but the crit was only 35 minutes.
