I've never heard of that particular Kabuki line, but I used to have one that had neither a quick-release nor
a binder-bolt seat tube, but it was a quill system like older stems. The saddle was rather annoying to adjust.

I personally think $125 is a fair asking price for a vintage 'lightweight'. I would snatch it up if the seller would
strike a deal with you (offer him $100). If it's 'ready to roll', hop on it!
