oh, for the love of... I totally forgot B'way was one way the wrong way south of Columbus Circle. Complete brain freeze, and i apologize. I didn't recommend the West side path because in the middle of a nice day (like yesterday) it's a pedestrian nightmare, and can be very frustrating to get around on. I shall no longer dispense advice on getting around in Manhattan until i have completely memorized the road map, and street directions! This includes everything south of Houston (which at least i know is pronounced House-ton!)
