As far as I know the Carmina has a removable spider, if yours does not it is not the Carmina. The Zephyr was a solid forged crank and spider available as a 110 triple or 110 compact (Zephyr light).
I think only the BCD differentiates Alize and Zephyr, being 130 and 110, respectively, for the main rings.
The Carmina basically replaced these two cranks with one set of arms that would take any spider. I have a set in 185 which I purchased in 2005 and waited a couple months for it to come from france, I use it with a phil wood titanium magnum BB in 103mm JIS. It has a triple spider but I have only ever used it as a compact double. The shifting aids on the large ring are inferior to most other manufacturers today, but they quality of production is exceptional.
