I finally found a set last month and I have to say they're great. Maybe not dead perfect ergonomics, but pretty close. These were made for 6spd, but I pulled the bearings out to convert them to pure friction. They are moving an XTR rapid rise RD across a 9spd cassette. I've got them set up on a decidedly non-CV bike, but I thought someone might like this.
