Join the Rochester Bicycling Club. It's $20 a year, your card gets you discounts at all the LBSs, and you'll get a CD with nearly 400 maps on it.

Sort the list by rating, (Legs of Steel Hilly, Exceptionally Hilly, Very Hilly, just plain Hilly, Small Hills, Moderate, Rolling, or Flat.) The list also shows miles and feet of climbing. Pick your poison, and have at it.

As others have said, south and east of the city is where the hills live.

EDIT: As I recall, joining after September first gets you membership for the whole following year as well.
