I'm down to 3 right now (from 5 last summer)

I currently have every intention of building up a new fixed gear over the winter and come spring I will be reinvesting in road riding. The mountain bike needs a little TLC but should be up and running in a few weeks.

How many of you have a favorite? When you end up with more than one bike there almost has to be one you prefer over the rest right?
