When Performance Bike has a sale, the plain synthetic cork wrap kit is only $4.99 or $5.99 (can't remember which). At my local shops, it comes in white, black, blue, and red. It's a pretty good wrap.
+1, their regular tape is typically on sale for $4.99 and the really good gel stuff goes for $5.99. I stock up when they have those sales. Good tape at bargain basement prices, how can you beat that?
