Any thoughts on the Nitto Technomic Deluxe going into a 54cm frame? I hear this can be an issue, but I don't understand bikes well enough to figure out whether or not this would be an issue for my bike. Since I need to order the stem before we start restoring the bike, I need to know ahead of time if this stem won't work on a bike this size. Would an 80mm Pearl be a better choice for such a small bike? I found one for about $20 more than the Deluxe.
