Bikes: Windosr Clockwork

Upgrading my frame
My current frame is the Windsor Clockwork. I'm kinda interested in to upgrading it to a Eighthinch Scrambler V3 frame in Raw. Is this a worthy upgrade? Or is it just a lateral move?
