SE Lager 149$: http://www.nashbar.com/bikes/Product...2_10000_200334

Iro Mark 4 W/ Fork 279$: http://www.pricepoint.com/detail/174...set-W_fork.htm

Motobecane Team Track: http://www.bikesdirect.com/products/...team_track.htm

Ok. I know 2 of those are out of budget. But look at it like this.

SE Lager: Great frame. Will last a long time with proper care and is bangin deal from nashbar. You can probably wait a week or two or just call them and ask but they usually have a coupon for free shipping or another 20% off. This to me is just as diagonal move as the eighth inch. You probably will want to upgrade frames again before strapping any dura ace or top quality stuff to it.

Iro: Tried and true frame. A little more expensive. Id go for the Lager before I got the Iro. They are very similar in weight and quality. The Lager is just much cheaper.

Moto Team Track 349$: This is a really good step up. Great frame thats much lighter and just as durable as the previously mentioned. While it is way out of your price range, with the sale of your old frame and maybe a little more time to save you could bag this one.

In the end choose what you like bud. None of the frames mentioned are bad at all. Just how you intend to use it and if you want to upgrade it.

( Performance is not equal to weight. It is however related. And when you go from riding a 25lb clockwork to a sub 20lb or sub you will greatly notice it.)
