Did some rooting around on the web-I think it could be a Tour de France. They usually came in the pink team color. Did you find any remenents of color under the home paint job? Check out "The old ten speed gallery" It has a few merciers on it. (Most have braze ons as well/but are definately 70's era. Can't wait to see this build!
