I have been cycling for about 5 months now. I have done plenty of rides. I did the double century Seattle to Portland. I climbed Mt.Rainer. I average 150 miles a week, but I recently decreased that because of the season change here in Seattle. I think I'm pretty well experienced.
I am 5'5 and 135lbs .. I don't think I could lose more weight .. I'm fit enough. I also go to the gym regularly .. I'm just trying to find ways to improve my climbing .. The "hill repeats" technique sounds like a great idea .. I'm looking on joining a semi-pro team and enter as a cat 5, but I don't wanna be dropped on the hills.
