Bikes: a heavy old steel Frankenbike Gitane, a cruiser (not something I'd buy for myself, but it was a gift, what can you do?), a Greg Lemond, a Specialized Stumpjumper(old, steel, fully rigid), and a Specialized Safire
If you call somebody back in a timely manner to let them know you're not interested, that's not flaking.
Now on the other hand, if you'd made plans to meet up with somebody who had agreed to drive 45 minutes out of their way and THEN decide to cancel 10 minutes before you'd agreed to be there.... I'd call that flaky. Man I was pissed that day.
