I wrote back offering a full refund, or suggested she could sell it in NYC for a profit since most beater Raleighs around there go for mid-upper 200's. The Brooks seat had value, etc.
She said she had taken it to a bike shop, had it tuned up to a cost she was not expecting, but was happy with the result.
