As for night riding, there is something REALLY nice about it. I usually pedicab once a week (either on a Friday or a Saturday night). Often don't leave for home until 1 AM or so those nights. I used to ride straight home. The last couple weeks, I've hit the MUP on the way home for an extra five miles or so making a BIG detour. It's so nice and quiet along the river at that time of night, and there's a lot less traffic on the parkway next to it. Riding along in that kind of quiet is really something special.
