When I lived in Canada, I walked, cross-country skied, snowshoed, weight lifted, attended spinning classes, attended yoga classes, rode my bicycle inside on the trainer ... and of course rode outside.
Now I'm in Australia. Over the past winter I did a lot of walking, and a little bit of cycling outside, and a little bit of cycling inside on the trainer, and some weight lifting. Toward the end of winter (mid-August) I finally started riding my trainer regularly.
Thank goodness winter is pretty much over and I'm outside fairly regularly now.
