Lucky for me they speak English over there. Apparently it falls within warranty, so I'm sending the wheel in for repair. Should be fun...

Me > PB > Mavic > PB > Me

So, we're at the first me in the row now so it may take 3 months or so for a decent wheel to return at my doorstep.
