Bikes: Several, mostly not name brands.

The brake caliper is a mid-80s Record caliper, and no, there is no difference between Super Record and Record brake calipers.

The rear derailleur is either 1st generation Triomphe or first generation Victory. IIRC, the Victory has a toothed pivot stop on the back of the derailleur to allow you to adjust the angle of the dangle; the Triomphe lacks this piece.
