I've been doing P90X since February and I'm a huuuge fan. Absolutely hands down the best workout I've ever done. I've played football, soccer, track, and rugby my whole life and these workouts KILL me. Major gains on and off the bike and have lost at least 20 pounds. After the initial 90 day plan, I just started swapping out the different weeks training routines. For kicks me and my girlfriend started doing dodgeball and kickball here in Philly and that lands on Thurs so I'll do a P90X workout Monday, ride on Tuesday, P90X on Wednesday, something fun on Thursday, P90X on Friday (leg workout) then a long ride on Saturday, and rest on Sunday. If you go to the gym and pay a membership, these will easily pay for themselves. I used to have a $40 membership to a gym here in Philly which I would have paid double so far what the DVD's cost. Highly recommended.
